After reading all the responses to my poor Felicity's hair, I finally decided to be brave and try using heat again. I dunked her hair in warm water with conditioner, and then I ran a curling iron through sections of her hair while it was still wet. It's far from perfect, but her hair has noticeably improved! I'm thrilled! I still might send her out, but I think there may be hope yet; take a look!
